SYNC 3 system: Is there start up/off sound? (video added)

I recently noticed that for the Sync 3 system in my lariat, there is a courtesy startup and shutoff sound whenever I press the engine on/off button. Pretty sure it wasn't there before. I find this system courtesy sounds to be annoying but I scroll all over the set up menus and there's no place to turn off this sound.

Do people with sync 3 system (or even non-sync 3 system in XLT or XL) hear the system startup sound when you turn on/off the engine? Is there any way to turn off the sound? I would be appreciated if anyone can answer these questions.
