It’s your engine damper. Mine was doing that as well as a bunch of hybrid owners. The damper replacement has seemed to work. It’s only been less than a week since the repair for me so I’m still cautiously optimistic but others have had success long term. I detailed my journey in this post….

I’ve opened my hood though during this, and it didn’t shake like yours. Did you get misfire codes? Every time that happens when I turn it on, a misfire check engine light warning pops up on my ford app.

I have got misfires yes but not many like you describe. The noise is pretty indicative of a damper.
