It's a shame, but some people who should be eligible for the Private Offer will never get it.

The most common reason is probably that their specs were added to an existing 2022 order.

I picked up my truck last week from the dealer, the dealer said I’ll get a rebate check within 3 weeks to my house. I ordered the hybrid on the last day possible to order in 2022.

The dealer said they can’t apply it to my car, and they will make sure I get it soon.

should I be concerned?
