Our company ordered twelve 2022 Hybird Mavericks in October 2021. They all received VINs, but didn't get built and were converted to 2023s. All of those have received VINs and five of them have arrived at the dealer. The dealer's having a hard time figuring out the special private offer (as we never received a certificate, believe our business name got changed between orders, but linked with the ROVP and the address). Thanksfully, GM has locked the keys in his office until we get it figured out (so no sales guy tries to swipe them).
Dealer has spoken to their Ford Rep / Inventory Specialist, who gave them this below documentation on how to get it sorted. The "Rule of 1" concerns me that they will only try to honor one of our Mavericks' price, versus all we have received. We've also ran itno the "Rule of 10" before, where only 10 vehicles can have a financing incentive applied in a quarter. This seems like a different beats, it's not an "incentive" it's Ford honoring their prior commitments.
Any ideas / help on how to handle it?
