Software update ?

Dealer called for mobile service for update on bcm/tcm for 12 volt battery charging problems ( 24s24/24v267 ) recall only . said taillight / turn signal recalls ( 23c41 /23v848 )& (24s27 /24v 293 ) wouldn't be done at same time which also requires bcm update . ? Is this a waste of time ? I am not literate with these software issues . couldn't they all be done at same time .

Yes I believe they can all be done at the same time. I'm personally waiting another few months, maybe even 6 months or so, to see if any issues pop up for these updates. I believe the issues caused by the software updates have been resolved.
