Anyone using a soft crate/kennel for their dog in the back seat they really like?

That sounds fantastic. Do post some of his latest works if you get a chance please.Mine always calls shotgun the second he knows we're going for a ride, and then draws pictures on the windows with his nose.
Yeah - this is my challenge. He's 25" tall and 35 lbs. He made for a lankly little puppy and now he's basically a 4 legged Usain Bolt with a similar energy level I imagine. He can curl up to small throw pillow size at home but his excitement for the Maverick probably rivals that of anyone on this forum so he's always bouncy and frantic in the truck. If he had his way he would be driving.Dog size? We got one for our mini dachshund to cram between two car seats. It's a tight squeeze but she fits.
This was plan A and it kinda works. Now matter how I configure it though he seems to find ways of getting his long arms all over. I was hoping maybe there's an option where I don't have to worry about him getting into as much trouble. We use a harness and strap them in to keep from joining us in the front. Also have a seat cover..
Sorry, Maverick Life. That sounds fantastic. Do post some of his latest works if you get a chance please.
eh - no harm. I got a good smile just thinking about nose pictures on windshields.Sorry, Maverick Life. But for a serious answer, my wife and I do similair to SkeeterB. A blanket on the seat with a short leash that plugs into the seatbelt.

My dog owns the back seat she's my best friend, have seat cover about 30 bucks replace maybe once a year and put it over the old one for extra protection. Probably won't have to replace cover if I keep her nails short, keep in mind she goes were I go soAnyone using a soft crate/kennel for their dog in the back seat they really like?
