So i called the dealer in November that we bought our prius from and he called me in late december with a hybrid rav4 LE meeting our specs, but my wife was dragging her feet on it so we let that one go . He called again last week with another one that we put a deposit on. Will be in first week of february. Priced at msrp plus 300 for floor mats. Not sure if we got priority because we are repeat customers but only took 2.5 to 3 months. Will decide what to do with the mav if it is ever built

I in a similar boat. We have one getting ready to go off to college so we have to replace that vehicle. The wife wants a Rav 4 Hybrid, I have an order in for the Maverick. If we don't get scheduled by May I will have to order hers.

The Maverick has been a nice fantasy for me too but really don't think it is going to happen. but the rav is a nice vehicle and you get awd with it. don't pay over msrp for it though... hope you get scheduled by may though

Could be true. Was told mine would be the next one built for them.

Ford told me the same thing I'm on the next production list and that was 3 months ago

The Maverick seems like a unicorn, I bought a couple year old Tacoma TRD Off road. First non-Ford in 22 years. Its more truck than I need. All I want to do is move my German Shephard and my mountain bike. Guess I'll check back in a couple years. This seems dumb.
