Thanks Curtis! I honestly enjoy driving it more than any of my other cars I currently have (hot rods and a slammed Suburban).Dang your truck just looks so good! Lucretia McEvil is rolling down the road!
I'm still bitter about the CV thing and will be for a while. We modify our stuff, we know this happens, but when CV's are dropping like flies and the manufacturer finds a way to cop out it's ridiculous. Saving my receipts, saving my broken CV's. I'm sure there will be widespread litigation in the future, whether it's pushed by the NTHSA or a class action. My dealer swapped my failed CV axle without issue knowing full well lowering actually gives it a better overall angle (pretty sure that is right)
Wish you were closer so I could adopt your lower painted bits when the time comes
Eruption green is such a good color and also looks good with bronze wheels
Can’t wait to see how yours comes out
We sold our house in Jarrell, TX so I'm in Utah fulltime now and will only get back to Austin occasionally. Man, you're skilled enough to paint your plastics! Just don't forget the tailgate handle!
