They're going on a 23 hybrid-

Hopefully will help the handling, without being too harsh...

Sweet! They look good quality. Post an update on how they ride. And how your truck looks. I'm on Eiback springs right now. But I just bought some 22 inch wheels and think it will need to be lowered more to look right.

Yes, I agree-

It looks like a quality kit...

We put an old man emu lift on our FJ cruiser.

It came in pieces, and had me scratching my head for a while, trying to avoid using a spring compressor, or taking it to a shop.

These Silver's front struts are really nice, and should bolt right in after setting the preload...

Wondering about the coil spring adjustable collar setup for the rear end. Also adjustable rear shocks length?
How should I go about adjusting height on the rear???

I found a set of wheels and tires that came off a bronco sport. They're just stock 17"ers, but I plan to run them for a while to check tread wear with the coilovers.

Planning on buying a better wheels and tires after I know I'm happy with the suspension setup...

After reading about backordered parts, and front axle/CV joint issues around here-

I've decided not to change my ride height, until cv shaft replacement parts are available...

You still haven’t installed them?
Unsure how the rears respond to being lowered (since your rear suspension is different then mine) but I’ve got 20k+ miles on my tires and they are not wearing weird
The front tires have 30k and are wearing even
Just make sure the alignment is done properly

NO, I haven't-
I'm more concerned about the CV axles at this point...

I put 3k miles a month on my Maverick, and don't like the fact of "BACKORDERED" CV axles that are known to fail prematurely-

If I could run down to O'Reilly's and buy a pair of aftermarket CV axles, I'd go ahead and install my Silver's coilovers kit...

I just don't want to install coilovers, then have noisy CV joints soon after, with no replacements available-

For those of us reading this that may not be aware (includes me), have there been problems reported for CV joints? Was it for lifted, or for lowered? Front? Or rear (if AWD)?

Or, if no issues - are you just looking at this with an abundance of caution?

If you look through the ISSUES area of the forum, and read the "knocking/vibration/rattle" threads, I think you'd be surprised at how often it ends up being CV axles going bad prematurely-

Just my observation...

My truck is still stock at the moment, and zero problems over the first 10k, just the common minor annoyances-

No, I didn't get the rear extension-

I doubt I'll adjust them very often...

Probably just set them to SOFT, and be done with it, as long as they aren't bouncy?

Silvers got back to me and they said I didn't need the extenders also. Hope to make my order (standard kit) this week and delivered before the weekend.
