It is the easiest clock to change. My old F150 was much harder, always had to get out the instructions. Wait now that i think of it. The clock was actually on an after market head unit so i guess that doesnt count. However it is still very easy to do compared to lets say my alarm clock that requires you to hold down a button with one hand while changing it with another.

Usually done by holding button down with the better hand and reaching over it with the inefficient hand to push 60 times with it's pinkie finger.

Every device including my 2025 Lariat AWD Hybrid automatically updated
Thx, I haven't got my yet, so don't know. Common sense car with GPS should do that automatically.

The thing could be us if the zip code you are in honors daylight savings or not.

My Maverick clock resets itself for DST? I just went and double checked. I do have Sync 3.

Am I missing something? 🤔

I have my '23 Lariat Hybrid set to 24 hour mode, automatic DST, and automatic time zone update.
In 17 months of owners,it has never once automatically updated for DST and the one time I drove it far enough west to the Central time zone, it didn't auto update then either 🤷‍♀️.
I manually reset it each spring and fall and didn't bother with the reset for the time zone change.
At times recently it will display the current time as 00:00 for 2-5 minutes at start up and it reverted to 12 hour time once.

What a technology, first class.

It's quite simple. Those who have Sync 3 or Sync 4 will update automatically and those who have a 22-24 model without Sync 3 will have to manually update. The menu makes it quite easy to just adjust the Hour and not have to scroll through 60 minutes of button presses like some of the old cars.
Android Auto might update the time as well. I have a non sync '24 and it changed itself without me doing a thing.
