I ordered my MY23 Maverick XLT Hybrid on 9/20/22, and got an order confirmation that evening. Now looking at the updated options list I’d like to make some changes. The dealer called me today for something totally different, but I asked if I could modify my order and he said no. I find this hard to believe since it hasn’t been scheduled.
What I ordered:
XLT Hybrid, Carbonized Gray, Trailer Hitch
What I would like:
XLT Hybrid, Alto Blue, Trailer Hitch, Manual Sliding Rear Window, and Ford Co-Pilot360 (yes I know it will add time for the build)
Should I be able to request those changes? Who do I contact? and lastly, will I ever get this truck or is there a chance it will be cancelled because of some allocation issue?
