There is a flap in back of the seats that is attached to the floor,so I can not push the straps under the seats to secure them. What am I missing ? The truck is a '26 XLT lux package. Thanks.

I went back out to the truck and looked at the seatbacks and discovered that I described the problem incorrectly. (but I will get a photo as soon as it stops raining). The flap that is interfering with the install is covering the gap between the top and bottom of the seat, not from the top to the floor. Sorry about the poor description.
