Anyone knows how to reset the TPMS warning message? ... I have read the manual [Pages 353-357] and couldn't find any pertinent info ... I have paged through the menu options on the vehicle and couldn't find any reset options.

Ford Maverick Resetting TPMS Warning message [How to?] 1735673284671-71

I have a TPMS warning message that does not go away even after one low pressure reported tire has been brought back to the recommended PSI and driving the vehicle for a while ... also at times, TPMS seems to be reporting random overinflated tires.

I would like to reset the TPMS to see if the message returns after resetting it.

I don't think you can reset it other than driving for a few minutes. "Note: After you inflate the tires to the recommended pressure it could take up to two minutes of driving over 20 mph (32 km/h) for the warning indicator to turn off. " Also, you're checking your pressures manually at the tire and not relying only on the TPMS pressures displayed on the truck info screen or the Ford app, right? There's a warning about that: "WARNING: Do not use the tire pressure displayed in the information display as a tire pressure gauge. Failure to follow this instruction could result in personal injury or death."

Yes, I'm checking the pressure manually after inflation (both, with a digital gauge and a mechanical gauge). I also use a battery powered tire inflation device that has its own read out where the preset PSI level is displayed and the device itself turns off when it reaches the pre-dialed PSI number. All displays (including the info screen) show the same PSI number after corrective inflation.

I'm starting to suspect TPM (
System) malfunction. I recently drove for 300+ miles in heavy rain and one time, in a truck I used to own, the constant (somewhat pressurized) back splash from driving in the rain caused the TPMS to malfunction.

I'm going to go to the dealer and see if checking (and fixing) a potential TPMS malfunction is covered under warranty.

I'll report back when I have more info. Thanks for the reply.

Thanks for the update. I concur that it's probably a TPWS sensor issue assuming you're still running on the original wheels and tires.
