Sunday I installed the rear mud flaps on my Maverick. I did the work of 2 men: Mo and Ron. The instructions were not horrible but they were like bad Ikea instructions with very little wording.

A little time saver for anyone installing the rear mud flaps. There are 2 little metal bracket strips to provide stability. I did not exam them closely because, IMHO, the instructions were not clear. The brackets are different. The passenger side bracket is "L" and your remove a 7mm screw to secure it to the body. The driver's side bracket is angled and you need to drill a small hole to secure it.

Pretty simple to install Hope this helps someone not waste time like I did trying to figure out why the instructions did not make sense,

I had the mudflaps on my build had to take them off to get the truck built. Have no idea why these are still constrained for a plastic molded part. Anyway I bought weathertechs. Extremely easy installation. Very happy with them.

This is super helpful! I have the flaps in my garage waiting for the return of my Mav. I was not confident about installing them because the instructions suck ass. Thanks for sharing this!
