Yes, the back is already 2-2.25 inches higher so it would level it out while increasing ground clearance.

the natural rake of the truck causes the back to already be higher than the front, thus why people by leveling kits.

The leveling kits only raise the front a inch to inch and a half. Those RC struts are probably going to raise it too much.

Only people who level and dont have kids or gear of any kind get away with it without their truck looking like the picture above. This island is full of em. Also the way the angles and pivots end up working you may not have any additional clearance as your rear bumper pivots downward. I would atleast get one of the kits that just lifts the rear a lil less than the front.
