-Paid MSRP ($26,200 OTD), dealership made us choose between price protection and Ford Financing rate from order, but did find us an additional rebate for their alternate financing.
-XLT hybrid with spray-in and tow hitch
-We like the truck more than expected - definitely worth the wait.
-Month and ~700 miles, zero issues
-Ken Garff Ford in American Fork, Utah. I'll give them a 9; they were so much better than expected, salesman was fantastic (a 10 for him), but can't give a 10 because they wouldn't stick to original financing rates.
-Ordered June 24, received May 21st.
-Didn't replace anything. I work from home and wife is hybrid so we've shared a single car ('17 VW jetta, with 67k miles) for the past 5+ years. This was a want, definitely not a need. I'd actually love to sell the jetta now, but wifey won't let me even though having only one car was an issue zero times in 5yrs.

-Yes, very. A few things I don't like, but just personal preference.
-Not yet, but might in a little bit, the radio seems like there's a loose connection in there, every once in a blue moon the entire sound system would seem like it has a momentary loss of power...
-Not sure about the dealership, but my salesman was an absolute idiot. Everyone else I spoke with there seemed great. I got lucky and got the biggest moron they had... I had to explain everything multiple times and he still won't really understand...
-A few hours, forgot how long exactly.
-6/10
-Midway Ford in Miami, FL
-A few days over 3 months.
-Yes
-A 2007 Ford Edge with 230k+ miles

my dealership (which i had never set foot in until the day i picked up the truck) was the best new car buying experience yet. zero issues or upselling, was in and out in minutes.
Helfman Ford - Stafford (houston), Texas
i replaced my mazda 3 sedan i had bought new in 2018 and sold it for more than it cost new.

my sunglass holder (which i've never used) clip failed yesterday and i haven't had luck finding the part to buy so i will try them out with a silly warranty issue soon. waiting a bit to see if any other issues arise. FYI, the temp gage inside the truck said 104 on the day the retention clip let go.

I actually have an issue with the sunglass holder too.. But mine won't open, unless i grab it with both hands and bend it open.. Let me know if you get anywhere with that, my dealership thought it was a blank panel and claimed it was by design.. (Slaps head)

I was tricked into buying a service and maintenance plan (this was mainly due to my inexperience buying cars than them forcing it on me. Although they did present it in a way that I thought it was free/required to pick a plan) other than that my dealership was fantastic.

its on the same plane as the odometer, above the speedometer. and heck, maybe its outside air temp but it was only supposed to be in the 90's here and the indicator said 104.

honestly not even going to name them because they did treat me well. It really just wasn’t explained to me that i didn’t actually have to buy a plan or what my monthly payment would be without the plan.

I don’t fault them for it. The guy was just doing his job. The dealership isn’t even commissions based, it’s quota based so they get no kickback from it. Was just me not being fully informed. We all make uniformed decisions sometimes. Ya live and learn! I’ll do business with them again!

how much were you charged?
did they give the full synthetic option on that plan
was it a 7 year or 8 year plan?

Grainger Ford gave me almost 1/2 the cost of my dealership for the premium care and the 10 full syn oil change plan. Waiting for the Ford rep to give me a quote before I pull the trigger.

Service was 1,700 and i believe i have full synthetic. Mine is 6 years 75,000 miles. I believe maintenance covers everything electronic if it goes bad for the same time frame for 1,900. Honestly know i probably got screwed but it is what it is. Not a huge deal at the end of the day
