Dealership change

Well ! Noticed that new owners of dealership has happened . old service department wasn't great but all service related responses on their website ( new owners) since they took ( 3 months ago) over Is one star. Long written negative responses about lack of communication by staff . I guess recalls at this dealership are questionable ?

If you're talking Peacock to Holler, Peacock was wothless and nearly ruined our flex several times. some of the service writers have left, not sure what that means.

Yes . agreed .peacock wasn't a good dealership ( only used for oil changes and warranty computer updates only )but negative reviews about holler is concerning . probably go elsewhere for service .
