Raptor style grille and pedal commander installed

That is expensive. One of the reasons why I loved my 1972 BMW 2002 was how much more I felt connected to the vehicle and the road over my 55' Chevy. Of course, over the last 50 years, almost all vehicles have that intrinsic connection. The pedal commander seems to be a step in the opposite direction.

Sport mode holds the gears longer there's simply makes the pedal more responsive it is not jumping unless you put it all the way in Sport Plus mode all the way up it's simply makes the car go as soon as you hit the pedal in a smooth way it makes it more responsive and fun to drive in my opinion I don't know what else to say about it I like it a few hundred bucks it is safe it will not mess up the engine to each their own

I have to apologize for steering away from the original purpose of your thread which was your installation of the raptor style grille. As I said earlier, the grille looks awesome and I commend you for doing this complicated modification. I got fixated on that pedal commander as in "look at that shiny object!"

There is a similar ( NOTE I say SIMILAR. NOT THE SAME OR SAME MANUFACTURER) device you plug into your fuel injectors to run high percents of ethanol.

Any modern day engine can run high percent ethanol. The fuel injectors on all cars and trucks are over-sized by a wide margin. In an older generation Escape Hybrid it ran great on 70% ethanol; though it was not advertised.

I did it mostly for experimentation and to prove it was harmless. But I did hit as many "grand openings" of flex fuel stations as possible. Frequently the first week E85 sold for 85 cents a gallon as a promotion.

Lol it's all good, you post stuff on here you're going to get people's opinions if you don't want the opinions don't post stuff I guess right. And the installation of the grille was much more of a pain in the ass than thought, front bumper has to come off etc... but I'm happy with it, letters painted body color was nice touch at least I think, I happen to have friend who has a body shop and painted for free

I was one of them. I ran a Pedal Commander on my 2015 Ram 1500 Express for over 3 years. The truck had the Hemi/ZF 8 speed combo which was great. What was not great though was the horrendous dead spot at throttle tip in. Since pretty much every vehicle has been drive by wire for about a decade, throttle pedal movement is not directly proportional to throttle body movement. Its kind of on a curve. This makes sense as it smoothes out low speed throttle operation but introduces a ton of lag. I had my PC set to Sport +3 which made the throttle very responsive without being jumpy. I found that anything higher made the way throttle too sensative and jumpy. It greatly increased the driveability and transmission responsiveness (as it is tied to throttle position).

I found it to be a worthwhile investment on my Ram.

Love the addition of the FORD logo on the grille. Still on the fence with the amber running lights.
Are the lights part of the grille assembly?

Yeah I actually like putting it in low sport mode on the pedal Commander but in regular drive mode on the car. The sport mode is okay sometimes but it gets a little Annoying with the High Rev with the pedal Commander it just goes and responsive without the high revving

For the Ford grill, can you just buy the 'F O R D' letters and attach them to the current Maverick grill somehow? I would think that'd be a lot easier than having to switch out entire grills..

That could be easily blacked out...and put the F&O on the left, and the R&D on the right. Question is though, can you buy just the letters, or only the whole grill?

Wondering where you got the paint you sprayed the FORD letters with. I have this grill being shipped and would really like to paint those letters instead of leaving them black
