Well got my liner sprayed today. Held off on relegate as the wind was picking up and figured I’d do that when I do my -150.

How long did it take to sand the bed? If and when I do mine I want to go around the back corners

I guess I knew that because I have looked into the product already, and would probably use it

Yes it’s raptor.
So I used to do prep at a place in high school. Took me a total of about 2-3 hours to prep.
I tried some of the shortcut things I’ve seen since back in my day like a wire wheel brush on a drill and palm sander. What a waste. Good old sand paper and scotch pads work best.
Instead of whipping out with rags I spray mine out with power washer dry well then wipe out with rags and alcohol.
You can sand and tape any area you want for protection. I have to still do my tail gate and under tray. Also left that inside rail where the power points are in done. That was a personal choice as I’m not super worried about the bed. It’s for traction. This truck is gonna get abused and I’m ok with that. Spraying is super easy as long as you have a good compressor that will hold 60-90 psi consistently. And has a decent water separator. I’m very happy with the product. It does take a while to cure compared to linex but this is much cheaper and I don’t have to spray it hot. I have maybe $150 and a short day into it.

I added red base to Raptor on a previous truck, applied to box and bedsides behind mudflaps. It held up good and looked great.

Well so today I spilled diesel fuel In the bed. Did not get a chance to spray it out so we shall see how it holds up. Been in the bed most the day and hasn’t softened at all yet.
