The problem: If you have the adjustable Rail Tie Downs in the bed of your Maverick and you load up on dirt, mulch, or rocks, the debris always gets into the track. I usually hose or blow out the debris but some gets stuck in the rail ends or under the Hook.
The Fix for Debris in the rail tie down: Remove the end caps and toss them in the bottom of the bed storage compartment. You don't need them at all. The hook locks into place wherever you set it. With the endcaps removed, debris easy is hosed or blown out.
