I see one of the differences between the XL and the XLT are the 10 tie-down points in the XLT. Is this simply a matter of buying the hardware and then doing it yourself later? Does the XL have the bolt holes but not the hooks and loops so those can be added later?

I've still not seen one in person but from the many pictures and videos it appears all of the bolt holes are there so one could match it to an XLT with those same parts, or create your own custom arrangement with aftermarket items.

I'm going to just add these to my XL.
