I ordered a 2023 maverick hybrid XL when the order banks were open .I know that they are still working on the 22 carry overs. Therefore, how long do you think that it will take to get the XL base model?

Between 4 and 24 months. There are new Sept 22 orders that have already been delivered and there are people like me who ordered in October 21 and are still waiting. It's a crapshoot. Ask your dealer what their allocations are like and where you are in their order list. That will give you some idea.

This entirely depends on the number of allocations your dealership has and then whether there are any hybrid or XL builds left. From what it sounds like on the forums better than 50% chance of needing to reorder for 2024 Model Year.

An XL Hybrid is the most constrained combination possible so I'd expect the worst and hope for the best.

It just depends. They aren't really prioritizing the 22 orders. I ordered in September of 2022 and received my 23 hybrid XLT a couple weeks ago.
