Hi,
I own a Maverick Hybrid 2024 and have been driving it for about a year and a half.
Today, I discovered that my coolant gauge was already nearing the minimum level. As far as I know, the coolant in a normal car can be replaced every 5 years. Isn't it?

I couldn't find a leaking spot under my Maverick. Is this considered normally consumption?

Me neither, never any leaks I can see.
Main coolant tank only though - EV tank no problem.
They also keep going up in strength for some reason.
The overpressure drain lands on the metal just under the tanks - look for drops there that would evaporate quickly.

I only added distilled water this last time.

Maintenance interval is based on mileage or years - but my guess is the strength of it will change enough to require an earlier change.
From the manual online that has been updated:

At 200,000 mi (320,000 km) Change the engine coolant. 4
4 Initial replacement at 10 years or 200,000 mi (320,000 km), then every five years or 100,000 mi (160,000 km).

This would have found it earlier:

Owner Checks and Services
Make sure you perform the following basic maintenance checks and inspections every month or at six-month intervals.

Check Every Month
Engine oil level.
Function of all interior and exterior lights.
Tires, including spare, for wear and proper pressure.
Windshield washer fluid level.

Check Every Six Months
Battery connections. Clean if necessary.
Body and door drain holes for obstructions. Clean if necessary.
Cooling system fluid level and coolant strength.
Door weatherstrips for wear. Lubricate if necessary.
Hinges, latches and outside locks for proper operation. Lubricate if necessary.
Parking brake for proper operation.
Seatbelts and seat latches for wear and function.
Safety warning lamps (brake, ABS, airbag and seatbelt) for operation.
Washer spray and wiper operation. Clean or replace blades as necessary.

I've never checked strength.
And the level in my bottles hasn't changed in 3.5 years and 55,000 miles.

When new both were the same color. Now they are different.

Engine darkened enough to a greenish yellow others have reported. I can see people confusing it with old school neon green Prestone, if they buy a used truck and never saw the color when new.

Should be banana yellow when new.

Ford has several different premix formulas.
My Maverick antifreeze is different from my 2004 escape.
But I run my Mavericks antifreeze in my 2004 anyway.
At one year and 13,000 miles I raised my antifreeze tank level about 1/2“ to the cold full level.
Normal it seems with this 2.0L turbo and was the same in my 1.5L EcoBoost turbocharged 3-cylinder engine, producing 181 horsepower and 190 lb.-ft. of torque
In my 2021 Bronco Sport.

46k miles. Mine in 3 year 11 months at 30° F will be barely above the minimum line WITH ENGINE COLD. Last summer it was about 1/3 way below the max line WITH ENGINE HOT. I take min/max lines being so far apart as "normal expected operating hot/cold range"
ETA: It has been posted that in hybrid the exhaust heat exchanger located near the HVB has leaked sometimes causing a puddle under the truck near the passenger seat.

. my odometer is 15K miles for now. I checked the cold statue and hot status levels, and both were near the minimum.
Do you think I need to go to the mechanic for this? I went to the Ford dealership two weeks ago and had a multipoint check done; everything passed
or simply need to refill the coolant?

Unless you can find evidence of leaks, which would be so slow as to likely not be seen unless it just dripped some while looking - just add some distilled water. Perhaps after the next part.

When you take the cap off whichever one is going down - notice the overpressure hole the cap allows access to if required, very small in the cap sealing area on tank on engine side. It goes straight down to metal support below.
Wipe that metal clean so anything new could be seen, then drive for a week and note if any spots.

System really shouldn't be blowing the pressure - could have a bad cap though not keeping the required PSI, could have a system going over the set PSI too for some odd reason.
That would be worth dealer investigating.
Shoot - warranty cap too if needed!

Incase you are interested in what can and should not be mixed, or used, per Ford anyway.

I just made an appointment with ford dealership.
I checked my heat exchanger, but I couldn't find any leak mark neither. Ithink it was clean
