I think I like the one Mabett just put out better. But I am reluctant to tape things to my paint.
The mabett one is closer to a spoiler and is not floppy soft material like this one. I got the mabett one on order and cant wait add it. Its more for looks but I dig it.

I like the look of the Mabett spoiler, but it seems it's designed to be more of a "racier" look than providing protection. The Maxzina product looks to be more protective with a rubber-like surface instead of the slicker surface of Mabett's. Maybe a member who has the Mabett cab spoiler can weigh in on this.

...or you could put a moving blanket under the object
Blankets flop around in wind and oftentimes slip out. Might be fine for the rare instance, but I wouldn't trust for regular usage.

Never had to lean a ladder on my roof.
You hit a low hanging limb, branch or God forbid a low hanging wire, seen that for myself, ladder pointing forward makes for one helluva big hook and likely some damage.

On the tail gate the above is not an issue.

I always leaned them on the tail gate.
