Problems ordering from FORD ACCESSORIES?

Anyone have problems ordering accessories from the Ford site? Had enough points to order the bed divider kit but Ford hit my account for the cost plus shipping to the dealer which is supposed to be free. Called their number and was told there were numerous people that had problems. When I was told that they could cancel the order and come back in later to try I decided to just let it go through and I would use the points later. But the cancellation went through anyway. Now they have my $270. and when I go in to order I am told I can no longer get the 20% discount because I have already used it. Paid $270, not getting the item, and lost my discount. Heck of a deal!

Their website was whack yesterday, I tried several times to order the modular bed liner using points and the 20% discount, it would get to a certain point and 404error on me. Tried again later in the day, whole process was flawless.

I'd stay on customer service until they straighten it out for you, they obviously know the site has issues.

I had very poor experience with Ford Accessories and learned it's better to go through your local dealer, at least in my case with a simple order of a bed cubby.

Yeah, the Ford Accessories website is full of tech issues when trying to place orders. I think I also lost my points and 20%. I guess i will try to call them or go to the dealer.

Ordering was easy, however returning is another story. Been waiting for over a month for the return credit.
