I used my Ford Pass points to order a bed liner from the online Ford store about a month ago. Other than the initial confirmation when I ordered, it's been nothing but crickets. I called the online store 800 number today and they couldn't tell me the status (they did confirm they received the order) and told me to check the dealership where I was having the liner delivered to. Ok, so I do that and they say they see the order confirmation but have no other info and to call the online store number (the one that told me to call the dealer). What a clusterf#$k. I don't mind waiting, but at least give me some sort of an ETA or explanation of why it's taking so long. Anybody else experience this?
