Has anyone cancelled an order from the official Ford accessories site? I ordered a top for the bed and, for some reason, they don't want to sell or ship it. I have not received any emails or phone calls about it. It does not indicate anywhere that it is out of stock. There is no way to cancel an order on the site where the orders are placed. I made a phone call and asked them to cancel the order and have not seen any results.
If they don't want to sell any, fine. I will order from somebody else but I know that as soon as I place an order with someone else, Ford will ship it and charge my card.
Any advice from someone that already went through this?
