I called Ford Marketing today and got the good news that they are scheduling my MY23 Maverick to be built on 12/22/22. The gal said she wanted to look something else up for me, but came back on the line and said she didn't have any further information.

I then ask her about me getting a private offer and she said that was what she just looked up and at this time there was no private offer for me in the computer. I think she said I should probably talk to my dealer about that. She said all she could do was look it up and tell me if there was one, or not. My dealer rolled my MY22 year over on 9/16/22. Does anyone know what is causing me to so far not have a private offer? Is there something specific that I or my dealer should be doing to fix this?

MY23 EB, Lariat, Lux, 360, Atlas blue (I deleted the SIBL & bed rails when I did the rollover).

Some of these are not matching up to the new orders. Your dealer should make sure the name, address, and email are exactly like the MY22 order.

They can also contact their Ford Inventory Representative and they can assist.

Good Luck.

Was your initial order COVPd properly?? The private offer is tied to the 22 Maverick offering being approved through COVP.

Dealers received instructions as of who to contact if they have a customer who should have gotten the private offer, but didn't.

If your 22 was approved in COVP, this should be easy to fix. If it wasn't....then I have no idea!

Contact your dealer and tell them to refer to EFC10955.

I called my dealer (salesperson) and got the kind of "lack of" response I've grown to expect. So today I called Ford Marketing again, to make sure I understood them correctly the day before. Today the new person I talked to took this a step further and thought she could see the problem with my original and rollover order that is causing me to not have a Private Offer.

She noticed that both orders have different Order Code numbers (ie. order numbers). She believed they had to be the same for the system to generate a Private Offer. She said, and I may have the lingo a little off, the original order was "balanced out" by the system and the order cancelled never to heard from again.

Has anyone had this problem? Do you think the dealer rep can undo this and get me my Private Offer?

I have the same problem. I have been dealing with for 50 days. I have sent my dealer the memo. Had them watch the video and had them email inventory specialist. My truck is shipped and I'm sure going have to pretty much stand my ground in a dealership for 9 or 10 hours. I'm not walking away from 2750 just because they can't do things correctly.

You summed that up correctly, "just because they can't do things correctly." Add to that my dealership seems to have zero desire to do anything about it and they seem to be clueless about what to do.

If you don't mind, let me know how it turns out for you. Mine is to be built 12/22/22 and possibly arrive around the middle of January. I wish you good luck.

I feel your pain as well.
My order was a rollover order or so I thought anyway, original order date Jan 2021, 22 xlt hybrid, was scheduled for production in Nov, was changed to a 2023 and just delivered over Xmas holidays, but no personal offer to be found ..sales perps know nothing and ford customer service directs me back to the dealership...not sure if Canadian orders have a fordvideoguy equivalent but hopefully someone can help determine if a PO actually existed for me as well..

It’s a credit Ford is giving to people who ordered a MY22 Maverick that Ford wasn’t able to build before they started making the MY23s, when the price went up.

Anyone who had to reorder their truck last fall should have this discount show up in the system on their MY23 truck order once it gets a VIN.

BUT there was a somewhat convoluted procedure to this, and I believe there is a different process for MY22 orders that HAD a VIN, and allegedly were in “production,” that never got built … and those (like us) who ordered a MY22, but never got as far are receiving a VIN.

There was a certain procedure for dealers to follow in the case of true “rollover” orders (MY22 orders that had VINs that had to be rescheduled for MY23 production), and a different procedure for “reorders,” which involved placing a new order when the MY23 order window.

At least, that’s my understanding. All as clear as mud.

I'm currently experiencing this issue. My truck has arrived but no private offer certificate is associated with it in the system. I don't want to take delivery until this is resolved.

Has anyone resolved this issue successfully with their dealership?

The pizza tracker says I'm now in final preparation, so guess I'll be getting the news soon about how somebody has failed to obtain the private offer for me. Ugh!

A follow-up: my dealership did get this corrected with Ford in 2 days. They were told this could take up to a month, but then some sort of magic happened and I was given a $1750 credit.
