A follow-up: my dealership did get this corrected with Ford in 2 days. They were told this could take up to a month, but then some sort of magic happened and I was given a $1750 credit.

I'm currently experiencing this issue. My truck has arrived but no private offer certificate is associated with it in the system. I don't want to take delivery until this is resolved. Has anyone resolved this issue successfully with their dealership?
