Private offer not showing

Understood . We saw the 22 price protections within my22 . Looking now for private offer which is for my carry over order

As others have stated here, this is tied to COVP approval of your 22 order. If dealer did have your 22 approved properly, they can contact their Ford sales/inventory rep, and that person should be able to get this sorted.

You can tell your dealer to reference EFC10883 if they are unsure what to do. (But dealer is still depending on their sale/inventory rep.... Dealers' reps were shuffled by Ford in Sept 2022 restructuring....many dealers have had a much harder time getting responses from their reps after this restructuring).

Yup I confirmed my order is covp’d - the challenge is the responsiveness of sales and inventory rep . He promised to call and reference the sales order rep

Good, sounds like they have it under control then! Once they get the right person from Ford to confirm you are eligible for the private offer, I think it will be resolved quickly!

Just heard back from my salesperson. He called ford about my private offer and they keep telling him to get hold of the AWOL Ford sales and inventory specialist. URGGGG
So frustrating. Myself and my salesman and going in circles with useless Ford customer service
