Private Offer Missing

I received the private offer email when my 23 order was not filled so I did a rollover order for the 24 MY. I confirmed the order number was the same as my original 23 order. When I went to pick up the car today the dealer could not find it. The dealer said they would reach out to Ford and get back to me. Is there anything I can do on my end to make sure I get the private offer? Any help would be appreciated.

I would call Ford customer service. I called them a couple days ago because I stopped getting updates on my build. I also cannot log into the tracking website. They were friendly, helpful and had all the info I was looking for. Only waited about 3 min. In the middle of the day.

Ford Marketing can also check on that for you. They can give you any certificate numbers that may be available for your order.

If ford marketing cannot find your private offer, it’s more than likely dealer cancelled 23’ order prematurely which they weren’t suppose to do. Update us when you find a resolve.

Will do. I'm just waiting to hear back from the dealer at this point. Hopefully I get good news. Customer service on Ford's end wasn't very helpful when I called.

I'm not trying to add to your angst but be aware the private offer dollars go to the dealer, not directly to you. The dealers can give you as much or as little as they want. I did have a certificate and it did show up in SmartVincent but they tried to tell me, among other lies, "Ford changed the program". So as others wrote, start with Ford and give them your order number and VIN. They can tell if it is in SmartVincent. If it is, your dealer is blowing smoke up your tailpipe. If not, your dealer screwed up.

Did you get an email from Ford about the private offer? I never got an email directly from them. The 24 Maverick I ordered is at the dealership but they are saying it’s not in the system and there is nothing they can do about it.
I got the email back in June and followed the instructions by calling the dealer for the rollover on July 17th. I forwarded the email to my salesman and he is reaching out to Ford to look into it. Unfortunately Ford customer service just blamed the dealer and had 0 interest in making this right so I'm hoping the dealer will. Otherwise I'm just going to order an AWD Corolla Hybrid from a different dealer and never deal with Ford again.

UPDATE: The sales manager at the dealership called me and said the normal contacts at Ford wouldn't budge despite him explaining that I met all of the criteria. He recommended I reach out to customer service to see if Ford would be willing to make this right when they hear it from the customer. Unfortunately Ford customer service had no power to offer anything other than sympathetic words. I requested escalation and was told I couldn't even speak with a supervisor for 1-2 business days. While on the phone with Ford Customer Service the sales manager from the dealership called back to tell me he finally got to someone at Ford who cared enough to look into the situation and now I have the private offer!!! I'm picking it up tomorrow!

TL:DR Ford customer service is useless, the dealer went above and beyond to resolve this! Don't give up hope if you're in the same situation. Ford has the power to fix these issues, you just have to keep trying until you find someone who actually cares to do it.

Any idea what the job title is for the 1 person at Ford that actually cared to fix issue?

I forgot to ask. I was just elated to finally get good news after dealing with this for 2 days. I did make sure to get the name of the sales manager at the dealership who went to bat for me. I'll try to get it when I pick up the truck tomorrow.
