I forgot to ask. I was just elated to finally get good news after dealing with this for 2 days. I did make sure to get the name of the sales manager at the dealership who went to bat for me. I'll try to get it when I pick up the truck tomorrow.
UPDATE: The sales manager at the dealership called me and said the normal contacts at Ford wouldn't budge despite him explaining that I met all of the criteria. He recommended I reach out to customer service to see if Ford would be willing to make this right when they hear it from the customer...
I got the email back in June and followed the instructions by calling the dealer for the rollover on July 17th. I forwarded the email to my salesman and he is reaching out to Ford to look into it. Unfortunately Ford customer service just blamed the dealer and had 0 interest in making this right...
Will do. I'm just waiting to hear back from the dealer at this point. Hopefully I get good news. Customer service on Ford's end wasn't very helpful when I called.
