My Mav was delivered to the dealer on Monday. I've been working on the OTD with my salesperson via email , and they are saying I have to pay the sticker, which is $300 more than the order sheet I signed back on 10/26. I've been using the information that @fordvideoguy has provided to convince them there is price protection since the truck arrived without the Pro Trailer equipment. They are saying that if there were price protection, it would show up in SmartVincent, and without it, they have to go with the new MSRP on the window sticker. Has anyone else had this issue or been able to prove to the dealer they will still get their money?

Price protection isn't a "rebate" so it's not in SmartVincent. My understanding is/was (don't know if it's still accurate) is the price difference gets reconciled in Visions which is a different backend system.

Thanks, I captured that from one of your previous videos, and that is when I got the response that it needs to be in SmartVincent.

As it states in there that payment is received on their Dealer Payment Statement 45-60 days after the deal. It is a trust thing they need to get their head around. Trust me we did about 300 in the 2024 model year.
