My '23 XLT came with 30-something on the ODO and there is an attached printed card inside my owners manual from "Ford Hermosillo" specifying the factory chooses one out of every certain number of vehicles for certain tests related to quality control, and mine happened to get the road/performance test. Someone hand-wrote however many miles exactly. Subtracted from total, my vehicle would have had 4.7 miles, so yours sounds like it's in the realm of normalcy.
