Powertrain Malfunction & Malfunction Indicator Lamp

Hello everyone! My
Name is Cam I’m 22 and 3 weeks ago I purchased a Maverick XL Hybrid with 20 miles on it! So far I have been very pleased, for the most part. I’ve put about 1,000 miles on it and I have been driving it very easy.

Today, after reversing out of my driveway, I put the truck into drive and it made a weird, almost grinding like noise, and then I got these 2 warnings on the truck as well as on my FordPass app.

I drove the truck around after and everything seems fine and the PowerTrain warning went away but the manufacturer indicator lamp is still on.
I normally wouldn’t be too concerned by the lights themselves because I would think there would be software issues on new cars or something simple, but since it made that mild grinding type noise, it made me nervous a little.

anyone have any experience with similar issues? I won’t be able to make it to a dealer for a few days because of work.
Do You think it’s serious?

The truck has Ford 360 and Blindspot Warnings if that matters at all lol.
