Power Inverter Question

After reading through many threads on this subject here I haven't found a clear answer for my question.

What I would like to know if I can use a 4000 Power Inverter that plugs into the round power source in the front center council of cab?

Even if you made a typo and meant 400 watts (you typed 4000 watts) still no. It's too much amperage.

You can use the 400 watt inverter if you connect directly to the battery.

A 400W inverter will run from a 15A 12V socket. Just be careful to plug less than 150W appliances into it. Higher loads will inconvenience you with a blown 15A fuse.

I really looked forward to adding a DC/AC inverter to my Maverick. Now, I think a bank of roof-mounted photoelectric cells and storage battery would be a more durable, more powerful solution.
