Possible RK Sport Hood Preorder

Hi all,

I have been talking to RKSport about possibly doing a hood for the Maverick. (pictures attached of F150 and Ranger options)

More info:

We need a total of 40 pre-orders
* If we get 20 pre-orders place a deposit of $300, we will proceed with design and tooling to reach the 40 minimum sooner

Retail pricing will be $1,299 after the first 40 hoods are shipped and fulfilled
o Shipping is $375
o Ships unpainted
o 100% Fiberglass

Promo pricing will be $999 for the first 40 pre ordered
o Shipping is $375 extra
o Ships Unpainted
o Ships Fiberglass

Carbon Fiber options
o CF Blister – is just the hood scoop in carbon fiber, the rest needs to get painted
~ Price will be $1,599 Retail plus $375 shipping
~ Promo Price would be $1,299 plus $375 shipping

o Full CF Top – Real Carbon fiber with fiberglass reinforcement
~Retail: $2,099 plus $375 shipping
~Promo: $1,899 plus $375 shipping


So I just need to know if there is any interest, then I will proceed to the next step. Let me know which you prefer from the photos so I can get a general idea.

Hope you have better luck than I did. I spoke to Cesar last year and there was very little interest in a hood. Hopefully this gains some traction and enough people commit.

I'm not seeing much interest. Sometimes I wish I had the money and space to just do it and sell them after the fact. With the huge changes coming to my truck this year, I wanted a hood as well, but I am unsure if that will happen.
