Poor metal stamping

On my 2022 Maverick there is a 1/4" to 1/8" gap in the bed of the truck from near the top of the wheel well to the tailgate on the passenger side. I never noticed this until recently because of the spray in bed liner. However after going down a dirt road I found a ton of dust in the bed. I checked the bed with a light on top of tire at night in the garage and was amazed by how poorly the bed was constructed. I took it to the dealership and complained, on December 19, 2023. I checked back with them several times to see what customer service said. Hearing nothing I got the case number and called Ford myself. I was very disappointed as they said it's ok.

Anyone have thoughts about this? Be sure to check the construction of your truck bed with a light in the dark.
