I removed the co pilot from my hybrid xlt and the price of the vehicle went up 80, the moon roof went up almost 300 and the luxury pkg went up about 200. I also assume the guaranteed interest rate of 1.9 has gone bye bye too. When I went in today to have the dealer fix it they basically said they couldn't help. I got kicked out when I said WTF LOL. I'm going to call marketing on Monday and see what they say. I wonder if I can transfer my order to another dealer ? I'd rather do business with someone who at least tries to help the customer who is shelling out 30k for a vehicle. Irritated 8n Dayton NV.
My understanding is you will have pre-price increase guarantee and interest rates advertised at the time of your original order guaranteed by Ford and the pricing adjusted/credits given for the difference when the vehicle arrives. Pretty sure that has been covered in Tim Bartz videos, you may want to verify that in the videos

When I ordered my hybrid Maverick XLT with CP360 and the lux pkg, I thought long and hard about what I wanted to add to the truck. It took me a long time going through the list of options. I'm not going to change anything on the Maverick I ordered on 15 October. I'm fully prepared for it to be rolled over to a 2023.

In the meantime, I was lucky enough to find a hybrid XL last month, and purchased it to hold me over until my XLT arrives.

This is the first vehicle I've ordered. So I don't want to compromise it. I took the tonneau off months ago, as soon as the aftermarket had product available.
Also, having a July order puts me in a pretty good place.

Facing probably another year of waiting, I gave up on my hybrid lariat lux, cp360, hard bed cover etc. order (placed 11-11) and bought a Honda Accord EXL hybrid off the lot and will re-order my Maverick in two or three years. I hope by then I will be able to order an AWD plug in version or at least get what I order. I changed this one to an XL hybrid with a trailer hitch and sun roof for my daughter. I think it has a chance of being built now.

Actually I'm calling Ford directly on monday as the price after the change is only 100 less than then the original price. It's upsetting to say the least. I will outline it on a post as I'm curious if this happened to anyone else.

There should be another poll option about getting a different vehicle all together. Wife and I are going out Sunday to look at Rav4 hybrids, maybe even a Prius. If those are ridiculously marked up, then I'm just going to wait out the Maverick; no changes.
January ‘21’, my wife and I bought the Toyota Venza. We went in to buy the RAV4 hybrid and left with the Venza. Even though it does cost more, we are 100% satisfied. First experience with a hybrid. Absolutely love our new car. Be forewarned though, ALL dealerships are having issues getting product. We sold our 5th wheel trailer and no longer need our Silverado 2500HD pickup truck, reason for getting a Maverick to replace our Silverado. I priced our Silverado high, anticipating it will not sell. It’ll be rough with just one vehicle for my family so if someone comes in with what I’m asking then I’ll sell the beast (Silverado). Looks like getting my Maverick may run into the ”23” year model at this point. I’ll be patient and driving the “beast” around will have to do, unless it sells, then I’ll be in a world of hurt. Cross that bridge if and when that occurs. The RAV4 Hybrid is an awesome vehicle. If there are any Venzas available, you might want to consider it. Can’t go wrong with either one. Good luck

I had my dealer take out the spray-in bed liner, bed cover and the splash guards on my XLT. I can have all installed locally. Maybe this will speed up my schedule date??????????

You are price protected from your original order date. All the current paperwork will have the new pricing, but when it comes time to actually purchase the vehicle, your dealer needs to roll the date back to your original order date, and that will update the pricing. Same with the finance folks if you are financing through Ford.

I have a Lariat non Luxury package hybrid with Co-Pilot 360. I'm waiting it out. If I had a later order I would consider dropping 360.

I don’t know why we are even talking about changing orders. I ordered the truck I wanted and was willing to pay what they asked. They (Ford) then allowed their dealers to put on extra charges because of demand…at this point Ford will build exactly what I ordered, or someone else will in the near future.

XLT 4K FX4 CP360. I think my only constraint is the CP360. I would remove it, but I have a 13yo that I will likely pass this down to when he starts driving in ~3 years. So going to keep the CP360 for the young driver.
