I'm trying to get a handle on how often dealers are demanding Additional Dealer Markup, adding other excess charges, or otherwise failing to live up to the agreement on Mavericks that were ordered by customers. (Not dealer retail units.)

The point of the poll is to get a rough count of how often that happens, and to figure out the circumstances that enable it.

Obviously, this poll is only for people who have had their deal go sour for one reason or another.

(I've tried to put in a good selection of choices, but I know they won't cover every situation.
