PLEASE HELP- Service Engine Soon Warning

I get all of these warnings after starting my HYBRID Mav after the SEMA show. It was on display there with some added accessories that are absolutely great that i will post later.

But my concern is that the engine light is also lit on the dash and all of these warnings.

Would it be because the 12V battery is low?

Should i just drive it for a long time on the freeway to charge it back?

Help os mich appreciated!

A weak battery can set off all kinds of warning lights on todays vehicles…. Charge up the battery.

When it was on display too much power may have been used with the engine not running and the battery was run down over a couple days.
Charging the battery may fix it.
Put the battery on a charger or drive the truck for an hour with it in tow / Hall mode.
There is a chance the battery was ran too low to recover and then you would need a new 12v battery. But just try charging it first.

Yep too many people opening and closing doors keeps the relays charging that will drain the 12v battery fast. A long trip would help.

All good now. I drove it arlund Vegas and the check engine light and errors went away!
