2024 Ford Maverick Lariat Hybrid making this high frequency electrical chirp/hum coming from the front of the car whenever I drive and it turns on and off without rhyme or reason. It’s making me second guess my purchase as I’m seeing other threads that say this is normal. Has anybody had any experience with this issue?

Hybrids typically make a lot of different(strange) noises-clicks and hums while the battery cycles and cools. I have never noticed a high pitched noise (like a squeal)-but I'm kinda hard of hearing at times-just ask my wife:)

Next time it starts turn AC OFF. If it stops it is the AC compressor. Real lite and fast tic, tic, tic, tic I would not call it a chirp. Soft hum possibly a pump for HVB and/or radiator coolant pump. Very hard to hear with ice running or fake ice is on speaker.
Hey the chirp is when you put it in reverse maybe?

Pedestrian safety alert maybe?

Under light acceleration I can also sometimes hear what can best be described as a very quiet fire engine siren noise coming from the electric motor and/or transmission.

It’s not the AC or the pedestrian alert. It only happens when I’m going fast enough for pedestrian alert to not be on. Sometimes during acceleration, sometimes during breaking. I only started to notice it because I had the radio and AC off and realized my ears pick up this noise and it’s really loud and I can’t not hear it every time I drive.

High pitched sound (intermittent, while driving, or at idle), sound like a siren, the 'weerr' sound everytime I come to a stop. Not to mention all the clicks and pops after it's turned off. I've had mine for four months now, and I'm getting used to those noises. I just tune them out... But I do pay attention to my mirrors and surroundings when I hear the siren sounds, just in case.

Me: 2024 Lariat hybrid. Now 4k miles. My regen and electric motor sounds were more pronounced when it was new, they have subsided after "break-in", whatever that is, but are still there. I also notice it is more pronounced in the first couple of miles after start up.

I noticed you have the Mabett side market lights. After I installed my own side/turn indicator lights using components, not a kit, I noticed more "noises". Turned out, when I installed my side lights, I moved the black noise cushion and didn't shove it completely back into place. Check your noise cushion in the fender to see if it is in the original place. That cuts down on the regen etc. sounds that gets into the cabin.

all of my installations of aftermarket parts were done by myself, a professional installer so the noise is coming from the hybrid car and not my upgrades.
And
This is the response that makes the most sense. I did move that foam around a bit and didn’t know how to seat it back because didn’t know what its purpose was for. All the other sounds everybody is describing I easily ruled out before making this post.

RE: Seat the noise cushion = Gently pull it upwards. It seats just about where the fender emblem is.

As I wrote, I noticed increased hybrid sounds after I did my install [I am not a pro installer] so that was my clue b/c I pushed the insulation out of the way when I drilled the 3/4" hole for the LED light

Obviously, do that on both driver and passenger sides. Let us know if that helps.

I do hear an electrical whistle at certain throttle positions (presumably from the MOSFETs that drive the electric motor). I like it, because it means I'm not going to be deaf as an old man. I guess I didn't ruin my hearing at that 38 Special concert in 1979! (my ears rang for 2 1/2 days).
More seriously, different people.are sensitive to different frequencies, and it is quite possible that you're particularly sensitive to the range of one of the many hybrid noises.
