I've read this comment many times on the forum since I've joined. I've only had my Mav for 3 months, and all I've experienced is scuffs on the plastic that can be washed off. What types of things cause the scratches you're experiencing?

My daughter, every time she enters and exits on the bottom of the door or the scuff pad area, her shoes scratch everything it touches. :-/ If we didn't have snow, I thought about making her take her shoes off before she gets in.
