Plastic bed trim removal?

Can anyone point me to some info or photos for removing the plastic trim along the top of the bed rails and along side the rear window?
Planning a project and I just dont want to break any mounts or tabs.

I believe you go under the bottom of the rail and there are some squeeze clips that hold it down.the holes do go through the top side of the bed so you cant leave them off i wanted to take mine off but oh well.

Working on a project as well.
Suggestions -
Heat gun (LOW) or hairdryer aimed up to soften the clips.
Removing taillights provides access to the rear most two.
Inboard ones are easier but the outboard ones are difficult and inaccessible.
When doing the C-Pillar, slide some thin cardboard behind the piece. White clips tend to come off and there are two large holes under that trim that lead to voids in the bed.

Caution : I was in the middle of a bed related project and I do NOT have a garage. I put up a tarp while the plastic bed trim pieces were vaguely in place.

THE STORM WAS PRETTY BAD AND I HAD WATER IN THE BUCKETS OUTBOARD OF THE REAR SEATS.
