Just noticed today while walking around my Maverick that the paint (soft and easily scratch/chip) is peeling between the fender and plastic bumper.

On most vehicles there's a bit of a gap to account for flexing. Though, on the Maverick it seems to be clipped tightly together.

Issue seems to be small but not promising in regards to all the cosmetic issues.

Back to the dealer. Needless to say, that is not kosher.

There’s another thread (at least one) on this exact issue.

It seems every few days there’s another issue with the Maverick. I’m thinking of waiting maybe 2-3 years before getting one. So I’m going to order in September.
