Paint issues

Has anyone had any issues with their paint. I noticed the other day after cleaning that my driver side seems to be be peppered with paint chips. Spme Spots that i cant explain. Under the mirror and near door handel. Bringing it up to Ford this week but wanted to see if its only mine

For those with paint chips, what paint stick are you using to repair same?
