Pad for Elevate Rack

I bought some Dakine 34” pads for my Elevate rack. They’re for “aero” bars, but the Elevate bars are extra thick and the Velcro on pads don’t reach all the way around them. Has anyone had any success with using a pad on their Elevate rack for something like a SUP?

Thanks! It looks like the NES rack wrap is 8mm (~0.3in) thick. I’m hoping to find one that’s a similar thickness to the Dakine one that’s about an inch and a half thick

I really struggled to find the Dakine Aero XL pads or any others that would fit these fat crossbars. I ended up getting two Dakine tailgate pads and using them. It would fit much nicer on the center of the crossbar but I wanted them on the edge to make loading the board easier. Running for a month or two and work great.
