Called 2 weeks ago. Nothing. I thought I'd give it another week or so, then call again.

I apologize ahead of time for this post being there is probably a million post similar to this... I ordered my hybrid lariat deluxe edition on October 9th, 2021. Got my order confirmation email and that's it. Should I be concerned that it's going on 8 months now and nothing? It feels like other people are jumping the queue and getting their similar trucks before me. It's completely BS that the queue isn't based on the date and time you ordered your truck. Really feeling like a second class customer right now.

Overall frustrated but continuing to try to be patient...
I ordered mine Oct 13 and so far, nothing.

Oct here and confirmed oct21 hybrid nothing from dealer but saying waiting game. Then called the 800 number three days ago nothing more tell me then I know.saying have wait for vin . There should be away we can find out more. .

You already have a heavily constrained configuration - Hybrid (40%), CP-360 (32%), XLT Lux (14%). The one thing you really should consider is calling your dealer and requesting they drop the soft tonneau cover from your order (these are constrained at 12%, and can be added by the dealer later, whereas your other constrained features cannot be added after purchase).

You already have a heavily constrained configuration - Hybrid (40%), CP-360 (32%), XLT Lux (14%). The one thing you really should consider is calling your dealer and requesting they drop the soft tonneau cover from your order (these are constrained at 12%, and can be added by the dealer later, whereas your other constrained features cannot be added after purchase).
I had done that a few weeks ago and he told me he couldn't remove it but that was good news because that said we were close, so I waited until this morning to chat with Ford and they told me I was still just in order processing. I should have asked if I was in a priority that I couldn't have anything changed, but I didn't. My bad. I could contact chat again to ask, but right now I'm at work and should really do work things.

You need to order the top trim Lightning to be treated as first class.

Your dealer is mistaken. @fordvideoguy posted a very informative video on the steps your dealer needs to take to modify your order.

You need to order the top trim Lightning to be treated as first class.
Even if I wanted to anymore, Ford decided I wasn’t worth the privilege.

Watch this video, here is the link at the time where I discuss how to change options on a priority 2 order. Very easy if they are willing to do it. Btw, just because it is a priority 2 doesn't mean it's getting scheduled. Those are given by the region based on the time the order was in. For us, all of our June, July, and August orders have priority 2 but yet all of them have the Luxury Package.

I ordered my on the 9th also. XLT spray in bedliner and cover
All we can do is wait. Talked to dealer and there nothing he can do

You should Feel lucky. I ordered my hybrid 6/11. Three days after they started accepting orders and haven't heard a word

I ordered my Hybrid XLT lux in August and found out from dealer today that I have a build date at the end of Jun. So don't give up. I refused to drop the lux package and now I know I did the right thing.
