Ordered Hybrid on 10/25. How do I find my order status?

I ordered my Maverick hybrid Oct 25, 2021.....How do I find out the status of my order? The dealer either can't or won't provide any information ....no vin, build date etc.... Not sure what I need to get that info...or where to contact...?
Any help here?

You won't have a VIN until the build date is scheduled. With a late October hybrid order you could probably be waiting 2-3 months to hear that. Until then there isn't really any info to give.

Order Update, (Posted on Spreadsheet). Details: Order Placed 10/29/2021, Hybrid XL Supercrew FWD
No email confirmation received from Ford. Dealer said process was not automated and I would hear from dealer. No order confirmation. Am I waiting for nothing? Called Ford Marketing 800-334-4375 this morning: 12/13, 7:30 am CST, on hold 32 min, transferred to Maverick Specialist, on hold another 20 min. Reached Specialist who looked up my name and confirmed that I had an order processing! Hooray, I am in the system! She said that email order confirmations have not been sent for all orders, but I will receive an email when the VIN is assigned. No news was not good news; now I can patiently wait. Ann and Cassie were the Ford reps on the line and both were very friendly and helpful. Thank you!

That is basically all I'm looking for right now....I don't expect to see the truck until Feb/March 2022....All I have right now is the dealer paperwork and down payment receipt....

To be honest March is probably highly optimistic. October 25th is basically near the end with the hybrid ordering cutoff. I'd temper your expectations more towards late Spring into Summer, especially if you have something like the Luxury Package.

I don't think anyone has any reason to think you'll get it earlier or later than march. It is a giant question mark. Theoretically it is possible for Ford to knock out all the orders but will that happen? who knows.

"2-3 months" might be a bit optimistic; my order was confirmed on August 30th, but haven't had any notifications since.
