Ordered 8/12 have yet to recieve build date

Placed my order for a Alto Blue Hybrid Lariat with luxury package on August 12th and haven't heard a thing from Ford with respect to build date or anything, is this typical? The only other options are co-pilot, floor liners and a soft fold tonneau.

CALL FORD MOTOR CO. 1-800-334-4375.. GIVE THEM YOUR ORDER NUMBER (CODE) AND SALES CODE. BOTH UPPER RIGHT HAND CONNER OF YOUR ORDER FORM. ASK THEM IF THEY GOT YOUR ORDER AND IF THEY HAVE YOUR CORRECT EMAIL ADDRESS. I ORDER 8/23 AND JUST RECD. MY VIN AND WINDOW STICKER LAST WEEK. ALSO CALL DEALER AND ASK THEM IF THEY HAVE ANY INFOR ON VIN ...

What was the original priority? Mine original priority is 19 and the dealer says they can't change it??

Original Priority was a 19, asked them to change to a 10 and they said "all " of their orders are at 19. I went there to change the color I ordered and they said I could not because I went to a priority 02. I have been at 02 for the last four weeks.

Did you receive the confirmation email from Ford of your order? If so you're OK. Most hybrid orders are going pretty slow so it's not surprising for an August hybrid order not to have a build date yet. Production has been limited on hybrids even though hybrid orders have outpaced Ecoboost orders.

Accessories like tonneau covers can delay orders due to supply constraints. There is a lot of information here about these things that you must not have read yet.

If that's the case you should call Ford as others recommended and make sure your dealer entered your order properly in the system.

Order on the 4th of July. 3 months haven't heard anything except for the first email when I ordered. Only thing I can think of that could be holding mine up would be the lux package. Because of the spray in bedliner.
